5 Sessions Consession Pass

Time Based: Everyone starts and stops reps together.

All Abilities Welcome: Speedy crew in the inner lanes. Joggers in the middle lanes. Walkers in the outer lanes.

Preview Workouts : The workouts will be sent by email ahead of time. It will include recommended efforts for the reps

Education: We want you to get an understanding for pacing, different zones, workout varieties

Watch or no watch: Your RUNZING Workout coaches will be letting you know when to start and stop each rep. You can keep track of your own workout with your watch, or shut off and listen for the commands to start and stop.
