Are you RUNZING tonight?

This isn’t just another workout; it’s a chance to chase your goals, connect with others, and be part of something that brings the community together.

 

Whether you're training for a race, focusing on your fitness, or just enjoy being around others, this session is for you.

 

RUNZING coaches Emily and Matt are bringing your new fix to the Inglewood Athletics Track on Thursday nights.

 

This is a workout for everyone. From those pushing hard in lane one to those walking in lane six, there’s a place for you here.
The workouts are time-based, so no matter your pace, we all start, stop, and finish together.

You can choose to track your own times or switch off and follow the coaches’ lead.

 

Come run with your community, enjoy some music, and have fun!

Speedy crew in the inner lanes. Joggers in the middle lanes. Walkers in the outer lanes.

Everyone starts and stops reps together.

Watch or no watch

Your RUNZING Workout coaches will be letting you know when to

start and stop each rep. You can keep track of your own workout with your watch, or shut off and listen for the commands to start and stop.
